These terms govern your use of the EzeeFresh website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

EzeeFresh is a fresh produce delivery business operating in Lithgow and the Central West region of New South Wales, Australia. ABN 65 339 587 401.

2. Ordering

• Orders are placed through our website at ezeefresh.com.au
• A minimum order value of $48 applies
• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order

3. Pricing and weight-based items

Some products are sold by weight (priced per kilogram). For these items, you select an approximate quantity at checkout. Because fresh produce varies, the final weight and price of weight-based items may differ slightly from the amount shown. Any difference will be minor and reasonable.

4. Payment

Payment is made securely at the time of ordering through Square. We accept major debit and credit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. Delivery

• We deliver to Lithgow and surrounding Central West NSW areas only
• Your first order has free delivery. After that, a delivery fee applies based on your location, which we confirm with you when we contact you about your order
• We deliver throughout the week; you can note a preferred day at checkout
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, or provide clear delivery instructions

6. Produce quality

We hand-pick fresh produce and aim for the highest quality. Fresh produce is a natural product and may vary in size, colour and appearance. If you're not happy with anything, see our Refund Policy.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information, and to use our website lawfully and in good faith.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
