Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your EzeeFresh order. This policy explains how refunds and replacements work. It sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we do not exclude.

1. Our freshness guarantee

If any produce arrives that isn't fresh, is damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund it — no dramas, no paperwork.

2. How to request a refund or replacement

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Send us a quick message or call — let us know which item and what the issue was
  • A photo helps but isn't always required

3. What you're entitled to

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a replacement or refund for produce that:

  • Is not of acceptable quality
  • Does not match the description on our website
  • Is missing from your order

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Square. Refunds usually appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank. Replacements are added to your next delivery or arranged separately if urgent.

5. Things to keep in mind

  • Fresh produce is natural and varies in size, shape and colour — this alone is not a fault
  • Produce should be stored properly after delivery; we can't refund items affected by storage after they reach you
  • Because produce is perishable, please check your order soon after delivery

6. Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before your order has been picked and packed. Once an order is out for delivery it cannot be cancelled, but our freshness guarantee still applies.
