We want you to be completely happy with your EzeeFresh order. This policy explains how refunds and replacements work. It sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we do not exclude.
If any produce arrives that isn't fresh, is damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund it — no dramas, no paperwork.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a replacement or refund for produce that:
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Square. Refunds usually appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank. Replacements are added to your next delivery or arranged separately if urgent.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before your order has been picked and packed. Once an order is out for delivery it cannot be cancelled, but our freshness guarantee still applies.
